Ukraine is doing its part by ensuring few veterans return. Also, I assumed that Russia didn't allow any troops to rotate home, instead keeping them in combat, including the wounded, until they're KIA or MIA/POW.
To be honest. N Korea needs money, Russia needs bodies, Neither Russia or N Korea care about the people, and as a result, I would be amazed if N Korean volunteers don't end up getting involved in the fighting.
Maybe but I am sure Putin would have thought twice about invading if they still had nukes. Besides, Ukrainian ingenuity has shown they might have achieved something if the invasion has still taken place.
