I think the devil is in the details and we don't have all of the information. However I would say no. Ukraine would only be able to hit a small portion of Russia's oil infrastructure. During WWII, much/most of Germany's oil infrastructure was attacked, multiple times by the allies. Much of it was put out of operation.I'm not quite sure how to phrase this question but, is the AFU more effective at taking out Russia's energy infrastructure than the 8th AF and Bomber Command was against the Third Reich's?
