Another thing to face with the Europe angle is that Russia is constantly trying to undermine them internally. They already essentially have Orbán in Hungary, Fico in Slovakia and keep trying with Le Pen in France as well as others. We currently don't have a lot of strong leaders to face up to this threat. Perhaps Petr Pavel in The Czech Republic, some of the Baltic leaders…
We need more Zelenskyys and not just in Europe but around the world since the threats aren't just in Europe but globally and those of us in the "West" can no longer rely on our strongest player.

I would add that there will be a large number of very angry, motivated and combat trained men and women who will be out for revenge. The likes of Al-Qaeda will look like amateurs compared to them. Reap what is sown!
In their defence, this was largely a global sentiment, not just Europe's. We then had the 20 odd year low intensity/counter insurgency wars which pointed a whole political/military generation in the wrong direction. This is continuing to be a challenge.

Enough with your pearl clutching. America's interests will always align with a peaceful and prosperous Europe. An ascendant and bellicose Russia, China, North Korea, and/or Iran is not in America's interest.
We have elected a guy who likes to win. So as long as the #resistence pukes who undercut him throughout his first term stay out of his way, we can expect great things.
So go take a Valium or something and calm down.
Biden should send Ukraine as many M1 and M2 as the budget gives for stored quipment. Maybe sell more to European countries that would sent them to Ukraine as well. Needs to act quick before time runs out and Trump may interfere with deliveries.
Maybe European defense industry should get some production license for US made equipment like Himars/Atacms rockets, limiting the license to their own use and Ukraine.
