I'm glad he's finally done this, but it really speaks to his electoral fears that this only came about after the election defeat.
He should have grown a pair in 2023 and challenged opponents to argue otherwise. I think we all here have made mention of it at one point or another.
many of the western nation that support Ukraine did not have the balls to permit long range strikes with their weapons. this should have been done at least in 2023 to pave the way for the Ukrainian summer offensive.

Imagine if Biden of Nov 2022 gave Biden of 2024's green lights and support to Ukraine.Situation may have been vastly different if the long range strike permission came at least 1.5 years earlier. Ukraine would probably have seriously damaged russian fuel prodduction and/or large ammo depots.
