I know, but I still hope to see, in a not so distant future, propeller airplanes armed with abundant light machine-guns chasing down drones. You missed the point. The video and the reference was more about wingtip tipping of drones all V-1s
What are you referring to?GTX... This is an old recording. At the moment, there are only 2 airfields in operation - Brody and Kalinov.
I believe they will but not soon and not necessarily by physical re-invasion. Rather I believe they will eventually be able to force the Russians out by way of a siege combined with Russia's inability to re-supply adequately. Under such a scenario, I can see those in Crimea begging for the Ukrainians to come in ...or at least for the Russians to let them go. It might happen gradually too.Do we think Ukraine will ever regain Crimea?
There is a lot of posting of articles and videos in this thread, but I'm really wondering how useful they really are overall. It seems incredibly difficult to find reliable neutral sources about what's really going on in the Ukraine. This is an interesting report, although I fear it may suffer from the insertion of optimistic propaganda:
Mass Desertion in russian Army: 25,000 Fled the Front in the Past Nine Months, Dozens Executed for Refusing "Meat Assaults" | Defense Express
The Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (DIU) has reported large-scale desertion within the russian armyen.defence-ua.com
However, the numbers cited equate to a company deserting from the Russian forces every single day. Even if the numbers are exaggerated by 100% or even 200%, that's still a LOT of Russians removing themselves from the front line every week.

This seems to be a Ukrainian source. I don't believe they have anything to gain by being neutral.
