Yeah, I tend to agree and indeed believe they have been there from the start. It's different though from open, conventional military formations fighting under a flag.

I agree, though it may be getting harder for Russia to do that for awhile. Russia has some issues with its petroleum infrastructure and is restricting exports for now.
Be nice if some Ukrainian drones / strike teams could take out more of Russia's oil infrastructure to prevent them exporting.
