Not a Su-24 but does anyone know if the Ukrainian Ilyushin Il-76s are still serviceable? Remember that even the USAF uses C-130s for the GBU-43.

Mind you, in that air defence environment, flying a transport over the front lines would be suicide...

I would love to know the Kiwi, and other nations, availability (reliability) and operating cost.

I strongly suspect the Kiwis get far better than 40% reliability and operate theirs at well under AU$45,000 (US$30,000) per hour.
