Anyone knows were is the shipyard located? If in the Black Sea, no problem in getting it in to service, but if it is in the Mediterranean, it won't be allowed to the Black Sea under the Montreux convención... or is there a provision for new warships of waring parties?
The ship (and it's sister) are being built by Turkey in Istanbul and were contracted by Ukraine in 2020 - they are legally allowed as they are, and have been, in the Black Sea since being laid down.

Brace yourselves for another nuclear threat
Yes, some things in the Universe are constant and unchanging, such as the Sun, the Earth, day, night and Russian nuclear threats.

Some researchers claim that the computing gap between the west and Soviet Union, was one of the reasons for its collapse. The PC revolution that catapulted the United States to the forefront of the information revolution in the 1980s would bypass the Soviet Union completely. Despite its lead in heavy industries, the Soviet Union was 20 years behind the U.S. in the domain of computing by the late 1980s: in 1986, the U.S. had about 1.3 million mainframes and minicomputers, and the Soviets had only 10,000
Lets hope history repeats.

Well, history may not repeat fully - it was Bulgaria and their computer tech that propped up the Soviet Union.

I'm sure that currently, they have help from China and India.

So, an attack in the vicinity of the bridge, rather than targeting the bridge itself. Perhaps this was to test the defences of the bridge before a big bang this weekend.

Yeah right...

For a very long time, the Russian Orthodox Church has served the Russian state. The decades of Soviet rule were a break in that tradition.
