They probably are tyres. Russia was putting them on aircraft in an attempt to protect the aircraft from drone attacks. Seems it hasn't been a successful tactic.

And the best thing, from the videos released so far, most of the damaged aircraft are not going to provide any spare parts for the surviving fleet.

The movie title is "Jak rozpętałem 2 Wojnę Światową". So your translation of the title is correct. ( How I Unleashed The Second World War).
Regarding the tag line .... here in Poland the entire sentence became a famous one just because of the comedy film about a private Franciszek Dolas. He became a POW in 1939 and managed to escape from the POW camp. He was caught again and took to the local Gestapo office for interrogating. The scene from the movie you may watch with the link. He was asked by the Gestapo man about his name and surname. So he answered "Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz". It is very difficult to translate it into the English. His name is Gregory but his surname is something what is based on the English word "buzz". The Polish words contain a lot of the Polish consonants what makes it very, very difficult to pronounce and write by Germans ( and not only them
). However they menaged to record his full name and asked for the place of birth, hence the Chrząszczyżewoszyce, county Łękołody The replay made Germans more confused as the words again contained consonants making the Germans going to pieces . Certainly Dolas used the words in order to not to make the Gestapo men's life easier but the difficult as much as possible and in defiance of . Anyway the movie is a nice comedy with w lot of laughing.special ed

I encourage the tires on the planes. They burn much better.

IMHO it's a matter of a training.
But it's a problem not only for foreigners but even for many Poles.
It's why the Poles were able to crack the enigma. They're been dealing with an encrypted language all their lives

It was not as hard to crack Enigma as you might think.
Before WW2 the Germans were SELLING the machines internationally.
And after WW2 the British handed them out to 3rd world countries like candy. "Use this. Great machine! We never cracked it."
