Looks like Russia has a serious issue with river crossings.
I guess that no mater how many centuries this war lasts, and how bad Ukraine is, anything beyond Dnieper is completely safe and out of Russian reach, considering they can't even cross a stream.

Ok, so now it appears that Bulgaria may modify their legislation and assume control of Lukoil assets within Bulgaria proper.

More seriously, It might imply that Putin is starting to feel as if he needs a ceasefire as this is possibly the best situation militarily, he is likely to get. With his recent actions Putin does seem to be feeling the pain, both politically and economically.
