I am sorry for asking meaningless questions, but I figured I would try here. I thank you all in advance, so much.

I am trying to get in contact with someone who has an account and full access to the 12 o'clock high forum, to relay a message for me. I would appreciate any help dearly and would be overwhelmingly thankful.

I'm trying to reach the TOCH (12 O'Clock High) forum user by the name of "Karoband," but registrations there are disabled so I can't join. If anyone with an active TOCH account could please PM "Karoband" with the note below—or send me a current contact for them via private message—I'd be very grateful. Hello, I'm the grandchild of Lt. Werner Dreisbach. Family records suggest he ferried Arado Ar 234 WNr. 140312 from Leck to Stavanger–Sola on the morning of 5 May 1945 to surrender. That aircraft is the sole surviving Ar 234, now at the Udvar-Hazy Center. I'm trying to confirm the pilot attribution and would be grateful for any leads, ferry logs, rosters, unit diaries (III./KG 76, 1.(F)/123), RAF capture reports, or Operation LUSTY paperwork, tying Dreisbach to WNr. 140312 that day.

On page 2 of my thread I used the word "likely" because Jan Horn on p. 309 of his KG 76, (2019), lists Ltn. Werner Dreisbach as one of three pilots of 7./KG 76 that took off from Leck and adds that either Schnabel or Ullrich ditched in the North Sea. From photographic evidence only two aircraft from 7./KG 76 made it to Stavanger. It was simply an educated guess that Dreisbach flew W.Nr. 140312 F1+GR. Unfortunately, I have seen no documentary proof to support it. I am happy that family lore somewhat supports my guess.

I would be interested in getting in contact with him outside the forum, as he seems quite knowledgeable on this, even if he cannot confirm that Werner flew that exact bird. Is he on any other social media platforms?
