I downloaded both files and the second one may be broken.
I downloaded the second file twice and I couldn't open it either time.
The first file opened just fine for me.

WinRAR worked for me. Wheels its basically the same manual on the first page of this thread. Instead of being in 3 parts its in 2 parts.

Sorry Guys I did not realise it was the same manual,
I just compared file sizes to the ones I already had and saw it was different
