Morning all.
I'm approaching the end of the book 'Fly For Your Life' the story of Stanford. For those who have read and possibly researched it, I would like to know of any areas that are exaggerated or have been doubted/proven incorrect, if any. The reason I ask is because I was simply astonished by some of the events in his story - he tells of shooting a drowning downed airman for example.
So, how accurate/truthful is this book? Any information is appreciated.
