Enjoyable book. I like it even though this is not "my" area.
Hazel Ying Lee served in WWII as a WASP pilot.
Before doing that she had gone to the Chinese Flying School in Portland Oregon and had been to China, as a volunteer pilot.
I would recommend the book for anyone interested in pre and early war flying, especially female flyers or Chinese flyers
