Thanks Terry, and I thought the application was the hard part of airbrushing!

So will this be a case of sand back the model and start again?
I will leave the underside though. Is the weathering ok?
I picked up one of the Tamiya weathering kits yesterday with rust, soot and snow colours.

Correct it's Tamiya acrylic semi gloss. I'll give it a little coat with that before applying decals.
What size airbrush so you use for giving an all over coat?

I use the airbrush with a nozzle 0.2mm but usually I remove the front cap in order to get wider angle of spraying.

Good idea. I have a 0.2 and a 0.25 so will give them both a try with the cap removed.

Also remember about keeping the correct distance for spraying. Usually it is 5-10cm.
