Being an ugly man, I tend to defend the ugly - but it's tough with the Bleriots.
Your machine is the Bleriot 75 and surprisingly possessed "very advanced features" and a good performance for 1920 - according to author John Stroud.

The British strutters were also well paid with the Tarrant Tabor - which looks a little like the Bleriot 75 from the front...
