The new testors paints actually new or just remarked model master brand?

I haven't heard ModelMaster/Testors released new paints, except the MM II series a few years ago. I think these are the same in new wrapping.

Having recently restocked some of the standard colors I often use such as Light Ghost Gray, etc I did notice some of the bottles had reworked labels. I'm always coherent of my painting needs when it comes to my choices of enamel vs. water based paint. I usually choose the Testors Model Master water based series for colors that I intend to dry/wet brush effects and highlight with or on.

The paints, themselves regardless of enamel or water base, have not changed. Many of the newer bottles have a slightly changed label design.
