Yesterday at approximately 4:15 pm, Rob Erdos flew the Canadian Warplane Heritage's Westland Lysander C-GCWL on its first flight since restoration. The flight last 44 minutes. The first public flights are scheduled at the Museum's Flyfest event on June 20 21.

Its on my schedule to see it but I'm debating whether to see that or Hawk One which is performing with Snowbirds and lot of heavy metal jets the same weekend ,

I believe oly 400sqn used them overseasin the UK for 1 month then went for P40s the bulk of the Lysanders in RCAF service were Target Tugs
