For this Group Build I will be building my first Special Hobby Kit.

The Subject selected, the Fiat G-50 flown by W.O. Oiva Tuominen of 1/Lentolaivue 26 during the Continuation war in September 1941.

Tuominen would be the Top scoring Fiat G-50 Pilot with a total of 23 victories in the type.

Pilots did not always fly their assigned aircraft so only 9 of 13 victories were scored while marked as Blue 6, he claimed a further 4 of 10 in 1942 when repainted and
marked White 5.

I previously did the same aircraft as White 5 in 1/48 scale in Group Build #9

Thanks Guys, been working more on finishing my Ju188 than here.... but I have made some progress, bit by bit to get this moving along.

Engine assembled, Engine is resin and in lots of parts.... so chipped away a bit a time to get it all together then added the brass Push Rods.

First Pic front set of cylinders and main Engine , then rear cylinders added and pipes and push rods....
