It depended on the climate the bombs were going to be used.

the European climate to the July 1942 it was the RAL 7021
the tropical climate to the July 1942 it was a light blue colour for late series of bombs and the silver for the early ones.

After the July 1942 it was the grey-beige paint RAL 7027.

There were exceptions of course ...
the S Be (Betonbombe) bombs were of a green coat.
the SD (Splitterbombe, dickwandige Sprengbombe) and the NC (Nebelbombe) of the feldgrau, 3 RAL 840 B2 instead of the RAL 7021 in 1941. The NC bombs could be of the grey-beige one too.
Also it appears that the overall colour of a bomb could be mixed and depended on the co-factories providing the bomb components.

Here a couple of examples ...

OK I'm really confused now. Bf110 will be Russian '42/43 and the Fw will be late war Hungarian! I'm guessing from the diagram the a black grey would be the color of choice. Looking for a RLM to fit it now. 7021 looks like the color.

Thanks Wurger

If it is later than July 1942 the coat for the bombs should be the grey-beige paint RAL 7027 but not the RAL 7021. Certainly, the bombs of the earlier colour RAL 7021 could be found because of the warehouse stocks. Also please note that the RAL colours aren't the RLM ones.
