Thanks Guys, been rather busy the past week but chipping away, hoping to be done on Sunday.
Have done the extra Gloss Coat, masked and painted the canopy, done the Gunsight too....also scratch built a replacement Mass Balance on the lower Port wing I knocked the wing on my magnifier and Ping the part was gone...
Doing the Flat coat tomorrow and then adding the last bits....
still to do the Antenna wiring, which I will deal with on the weekend, in the mean time some semi-finished overall shots.....
Andy the chipping is done on the Matt Paint with a Silver Pencil, this way if I'm not happy I can rub it off and redo it, plus its a very controlled way to do it right, i usually also do some Silver paint chipping in some of the areas as well to give 2 tones of the Silver a bright and dull in the various areas...
