Actually I don't believe someone would play Leonardo da Vinci to apply the shark jaws on something that was going to be used only once. IMHO the maintenence crews didn't have a lot of time and paints for applying of a such art while the soviets advancing so quickly.

That was my thoughts as well.

Quinta studios set. Starting with the seat belts. One side is a three part the other is a four part.

The four part is right side.

Above the seat cousin is in and lap belts attached.
Below all glued in place.

Matching colors. I finally found that testors acrylic RLM 66 was light enough to match. Vallejo was to dark, as with AK and Mr. Color.

Well lets play a game. It based on where in the world is Carmon San Diego. What I need to know is where on my bench is my bottle of white glue.

Here's the bench

I mean how can you loose something like that!

Found it, it was in the draw!!!!! go figure it was laying down under a shop rag and a floor tile, who hides like that, silly thing.

Can you fine it?

Ok now on to more work.
Rudder peddles attached.

Sorry for the blurry pictures but the Quanta studios leather rudder straps are attachec on one side and needs to dry and the decal for the stick is on, it was not aligned correctly on the photo but I have corrected that.

Stick and seat in also the Quinta side map holder with leather strap attach at the bottom right now.
