Well here's the start of the chipping process. I'm liking what I'm seeing.

So the chipping fluid goes on Under the fish coats!!!!!?
They do look convincing. Noice.
Paint base coat (aluminum) add chipping fluid where you want it (don't overdo it). Shoot top coat. Let each dry well before next. After top coat is dry (acrylic) use a stiff brush or toothpick and get area wet with water and start working it.

I took a toothpick to apply the chipping solution in areas I wanted it. Panel lined and wing leading areas, I used more in the wing walkway than other areas. I just applied a tip of it from the toothpick speckling here and there.

I'm relatively happy with the results I was able to get.
