Paint base coat (aluminum) add chipping fluid where you want it (don't overdo it). Shoot top coat. Let each dry well before next. After top coat is dry (acrylic) use a stiff brush or toothpick and get area wet with water and start working it.So the chipping fluid goes on Under the fish coats!!!!!?
