Spent yesterday putting decals on . Most of the day was spent slowly adding stencils . I have some more stencils to add then the rest of the decals to be finished . I had one decal go bad so waiting for it to show up in the mail .

It's always a conundrum to me whether or not to apply stencils over areas that saw unit level overpainting like the blue noses here. Would the crews have been required to replace the stencils over the blue paint or, if not, would they have bothered? Period photos are great but are often inconclusive.

You doing well Brian, slow and easy. I'm also one who often decides not to put on all the little decals, sometimes I feel that if all are applied it can spoil the final look of the model and make it look overcrowded.

Lastnight got the last of the decals on the airframe . Then this morning sprayed the last of the clear gloss. Also got the prop stencils on. Now to let the gloss dry and i can then start the oil washes
