Looks great

Lovely work so far George!

Thanks guys. Looking for stuff to do while the clear sets up and realized that I forgot the panels around the exhausts. In the colour photo they appear quite dark and in the B&Ws they are washed out so I went with the colour. I mixed Vallejo Chrome and Jet Exhaust, 2:1. It is what it is

Looking great Geo, and good work on the exhaust panel - looks just right.
I believe these were stainless steel, and discoloured with heat, so a great replication of the effect.

Thanks guys. not doing much at the moment other than stressing out. My gut-shot, due in three hours still hasn't arrived yet. at least to my knowledge. It's usually here days in advance and they always call

Thanks Greg. Arrived three hours late and I think the doc was in a rush. The most painful gut shot I've had in the last two years

Thanks again Greg. This shot is helping to keep me alive along with a once a day pill; so far so good. Anyhoo.... decals added to the left fuselage. Along with the now constant dread of ruining the unique codes and name I was worried about lining up the two part codes and that the dark area around the exhaust would show through the nose art. All came out could and as I have been doing when laying down Lifelike decals, I'll gloss coat these and do the right side. Eight more decals not including a few stencils, sticky-outy bits, some weathering and final coat and done
