Fun with PE. So as I'm working on this PE cockpit, every time I add some thing to it I test fit it to the fuselage. The fit is not perfect but I used my Dremmel and a burr to hog out some of the interior surface to make room without any hassle. I finish doing up the cockpit go to install it and nada. I won't say how long it took me to realize it was hanging up n the location tabs from the wings but a bit of work with the Dremmel and all is good.

Ok finally time to close up the cockpit.. Took quite a while to mask up the canopy and so far I've only managed to fumble one machine gun. The upper turret. I'm sure I'll fumble another one ! Just need to get the engine nacelles cleaned up and they can go on. Soon to start painting the rest of it. Black on the bottom, RLM 76 upper surface with RLM 74 squiggles.

Nice Graham! Let me know if you need a replacement MG. I have that same kit, but will be converting it to either a G-10 or H-4 Führungsmistel. Thanks for the offer but I think I'll just glue a little bit of round styrene to it..just the barrel bit it !
