Some progress pictures. The cowling and engine are done, prop needs to be centred and glued on last. I cut the flaps out as well. Right now I am working on a better canopy. I want the covers open and the kit canopy is very thick !

So here's the forwards backwards deal. I made a plug for the canopy but when I went to mold it some weird out of space thing stuck to the plug and the canopy has a boingy looking deal on the port side. A redo plus I don't think the profile and shape is quite right. The paint I managed to find some suitable colours, not really happy how the paint turned out. I'll try something else. I just cant get a fine enough spray from my airbrush without spatter and over spray. Back to the drawing board.....bench....man cave...urban command module. Where one hides from the war dpt.

This may be cheating but Jesse posted this in another thread. That could work ! I have another idea I might try. Where would I try for that decal sheet ?
