I assembled the main landing gear and installed them into lower wing section then glued that to the fuselage according to the instructions. There is a pretty good gap at the rear that will have to be delt with.

I glued on the top wing pieces which fit very nicely, then glued on the front portion of the nacelles which needed some trimming to make a good fit. I'll give it a day or two for the seams to harden before I sand them flush.

A lot of painting done over the last few days using my stock of Testors square bottle and Model Master enamels

Square bottle white sprayed on for the fuselage bands

The fuselage band masked and MM Italian Blur-Gray sprayed on the underside, nose, leading edge of wings and cowles

Masked off for the tan base leaving the edge lifted so it leaves a slightly soft edge when sprayed

The MM Italian Sand sprayed on. Next comes the fun part, spraying on the intricate camo pattern
