First name: Steph
Category: Advanced
Scale: 1/48
Manufacturer: Hasegawa J13 (09013)
Extras: Eduard PE seat belt and a selection of decals that I'm waiting for from Australia (thanks in advance Wayne Little and the other)
Finally, I decided to participate in this unofficial GB . The kit is the very well known and old 1/48 Bf 109G-2 Hasegawa.
My project is "Yellow 7" flown by Wolfgang Tonne, StaffelKapitan 3./JG53, based at Pitomnik airfield during September 1942.
I didn't find entire photos or profiles of this aircraft, but it exists several partial views with 75 and 95 victory markings in some books to do a fairly close interpretation of the reality. The only problem remains the type of camouflage: Messerschmitt Regensburg or WNF? The 3./JG53 was delivered with these 2 types during the Summer 1942.
