DUK Accident in Philly

Local news is reporting that a sight-seeing DUK was hit by a barge and overturned just off Penn's Landing in the Delaware River. Looks like all 37 passengers have made it - wet but safe. Not sure exactly what happened except that some barge hit it. Coast Guard may have rescued everybody.

That's why they make you don life vests before entering the water. I'll bet you that saved many lives today.

Yup, they are saying because of the vest nobody was pulled under because of the current. People die in the river all the time just going swimming - the currents are that swift.
