The 3./KG30 emblem would be the shield of the white background and the black rim. The shield background of the emblem seems to be the red. So it's the II./KG30. The outline should be of the yellow and this results in Stab, 4th, 5th and 6th Staffeln. Which one it could be, we need to see the colour of the third letter of the unit code on the fusealge. Unfortunately the spinners seem to be of the Schwarzgrun coat.
