Hi Snautzer!
Yes, 109 F on two screw-jacks doing engine powered U/C retraction tests. Note the hold-down bar is fitted in the rear fuselage, with strong angled-back tie downs (one each side), there is a T bar steering arm fitted to the tailwheel and the starter handle is lying on the ground under the wing. Nice pic!

Yes, a good photo of a Bf 109 G-6 #2874. Note the starter handle lying ready on the wing. The black oil/fuel stain on the front of the drop-tank is mostly dripping down from the intake manifold oil/fuel drain pipe that allowed oil/fuel in the intake pipes to drain away and prevent possible intake/boostpipe fires on the DB 605. This staining on the droptank is just about standard on one fitted to a Bf 109 G in-use.
