From the same auctioneer, T695 and T693 are pretty interesting, showing cockpit detail for a G-5/AS retaining the pressurized canopy:

It certainly looks as though this pilot plans to go to high altitude in this flight. The first test flights with the AS engine were in Dez. 1943, although the fairly light clothing of the groundcrew might suggest Spring 1944. In photo 2 of #3432you can see that the pilot is heavily dressed in a thick jacket/suit with a thick fur collar. Also, he wears thick gloves and can be seen to have a note-board and pencil.
Interesting photo's.

Actually the pilot is wearing a cloth electrically wired flight jacket with velvet collar. The wiring did not heat the jacket, the sockets on the sleeve were for heated gloves which he is not wearing.

My Bad. Sorry, Velvet not Fur.
Mind you, maybe that guy had a bespoke Fur collar on his ?

I remember this material very vividly - my granny had a winter coat with a collar made of it. It looked like fur with very very short hairs and was ultra soft, like velvet not like real fur. On the reversed side it was black fabric. I think this "fake fur" had a specific name, maybe a French word, but I don't recall it anymore.

Could be "Faux Fur"?

In a Bf 109 airframe, Rechlin Dez. for sure (in G-5 W.Nr. 27115 DQ+GI), bu DB already carried flight test from Nov.43 (in G-6 W.Nr. 16550 KT+DX).

BTW, in T695 a "G" can be seen as first letter for the Stammkennzeichen so, if caption is correct and the photos were taken in Rechlin, most likely candidate machines are G-5 W.Nr. 110008 GI+FB, G-5 W.Nr. 110010 GI+FD or G-5 W.Nr. 110035 GO+NC.
