Well here she is, not perfect but I'm happy with the results - especially since the moulds for this model are really showing it age. This model represents B-25J A47-27 of No2 squadron RAAF based in the Darwin area during WWII. This squadron flew many bombing, reconnaissance and anti-shipping strikes against Japanese forces to the North of Australia. A47-27 flew some 24 missions being damaged numerous times from Japanese AA fire.
The model was painted with Tamiya spray cans AS-6 USAAF olive drab and TS-6 matt black. Smaller area were brush painted with Humbrol paints. The DK decals were excellent and I can highly recommend this sheet.
