    You know, I initially thought Readie's comment was more about his love of the Spitfire but that video DOES bring a tear to one's eye. The whole story of this classic beautiful airplane is, well just Epic. I mean, the great escape. the pilot's untimely death, the improbable recovery and restoration to its original state!

    Not to spoil the mood, I have to wonder whether the pilot met Steve McQueen or Richard Attenborough while he was incarcerated in the Stalag. :confused::rolleyes:
