I have just received my copy of Osprey's "Fw190 Defence of the Reich Aces".

It has a stunning image of Marl Postlethwaite's interpretation of Vogt's Fw190D-9, which I attach.

THe Fw190D-9 image is by Postlethwaite and the image of Vogt is from Kacha`s Luftwaffe Page - Kacha's Luftwaffe Page - a site I find very informative, with many 'sub sections' - too many - as I try to collect Fw190's to a specific theme, and this site keeps on giving more and more themes (excuses)!!!

Regards,

Weinace:)

Gerhard Vogt flew a number of 13's during his career, your presented interpretation of White 13 210176 does look pretty good would need to cross reference it in my D-9 library though for confirmation.....

Thanks Wayne,

I think the artist has really depicted the action well, including the combat damage 'being incurred'!
