The subject is Macchi MC.202 serie III, MM7764, 73-4 from 73° Squadriglia, 9° Gruppo, 4° Stormo during July 1942. This aircraft was one of the C.202s flown by Sergente Maggiore Teresio Martinoli.

it seems that unlike many illustration and build, this aircraft did not wear the 4° Stormo insignia "4° fBaracca"

The project is an early serie C.202 (serie III), here are the modifications to do with this kit.

Hello,

Some work (I go slowly, the weather is very hot here these days... )
The cockpit is started with a mix of Eduard photo-etched set and TD resin set.
I chose a "verde anticorrosion" for the cockpit color base. The aircraft is a early serie III and I supposed it was built probably during 1941...
