The judging and tallying of the votes for Group Build 44 has been completed, Sorry for the delay in getting these results posted, regrettably some work schedules and a computer melt down slowed the process….
As most of you know we have 3 categories for this Build : Beginner, Intermediate and Experienced... and as you hopefully know there is also a Member's Choice Poll that allows you to select a 'Personal' favourite from the bunch, make sure you cat a vote.

Without further delay, Here are the Winners for GB 44:

Category 1 Beginner / Novice / Casual CATEGORY.
We had no Entries in this Section

Category 2 Intermediate / Casual CATEGORY.
1st Place in this Category is Sergio : Destrozas with his 1/72 F3D-2 Skynight
2nd Place in this Category is Don : Donivanp for his 1/48 F-15 Eagle
3rd Place in this Category is Don : Donivanp with his 1/48 RF-101C Voodoo

Category 3 Experienced / Expert CATEGORY.
We had an unusual occurrence this time with all scores being so close in the final tally, that we had a 3 way Tie for Second Place.
1st Place in this Category is George : Fubar57 with his 1/48 CF-104
2nd Place TIE in this Category is Don : Bustedwing for his 1/72 Saab Draken
2nd Place TIE in this Category is George : Fubar57 for his 1/48 CF-104 "Checker Pattern"
2nd Place TIE in this Category is Bill : N4521U for his 1/48 H-34J
3rd Place in this Category is Glenn : T Bolt with his 1/48 F-16

So…CONGRATULATIONS to Sergio and George for First in their respective categories and also the second and Third place getters.
A BIG Thankyou to all who found the time to participate in this Build.
We appreciate the time and effort put in by all participants at the various levels, and the outstanding exchange of Information, Hints, Tips, Parts and Decals to those who required something to help their project.
Please continue to support the Group Builds in any way you can whether you build something or just enjoy watching others do their stuff!
We want this to be a friendly atmosphere and above all…..have FUN !
Thanks…The Judging Panel.

Well done all. Had real difficulty selecting my favourite in the members choice poll, a great standard of modelling all round.

Well done everyone. And yes, the scores are tight and it's rare that we get runaway winners these days.

I think just like george !!!, congratulations george for your deserved first place, and thank you all very much for sharing this time with us and thanks to the judges for their time and effort
