The judging of votes for Group Build 57 are now completed and presented below,

We had 20 Entries represented in this Group Build this time around a Great turnout..!

The Winners for the latest Group Build are,

Category 1 Beginner / Novice / Casual CATEGORY.

We had a Single Entry in this Section of the Group Build,

1st Place goes to Mainly28s : Olaf for his 1/48 SM.79


Category 2 Intermediate / Casual CATEGORY. Up to 7 Entries this time, completed in this category.

1st Place in this Category goes to Rochie : Karl with his 1/48 Spitfire Mk.Vb

2nd Place in this Category goes to Rochie : Karl with his 1/48 Spitfire Mk.XVI

3rd Place in this Category goes to Greg Boeser : Greg with his 1/72 Gloster Gladiator


Category 3 Experienced / Expert CATEGORY. 12 Entries rounded out this Section, a very close race again,

1st Place in this Category goes to le_steph40 : Steph for his 1/48 Bf109G-6 Finland

2nd Place in this Category goes to le_steph40 : Steph for his 1/48 Bf109G-6 Bulgaria

3rd Place in this Category goes to T Bolt : Glenn for his 1/48 Hawk 75A-3 Vichy French


So…CONGRATULATIONS for our 'Foreign' Representatives go to OLAF , KARL and STEPH for their First Place Entries in their respective categories and also extended to the second and Third place getters.

And as Usual….A BIG Thankyou to all who found the time to participate in this Build, well done, a number of great Builds being represented.

Also Congrats to Steph for securing the votes to win the Members Choice Poll too for his Bulgarian Bf109G-6

We appreciate the time and effort put in by all participants at the various levels, and the outstanding exchange of Information, Hints, Tips, Parts and Decals to those who required something to help their project.

Please continue to support the Group Builds in any way you can whether you build something or just enjoy watching others do their stuff!

We want this to be a friendly atmosphere and above all…..have FUN !

Well done and congratulations to the winners, place holders and all who took part.
This was a very hard GB to judge, and a little snippet to see how hard it was - some of my scores were equal for more than one entry, and it was very evident that some participants have come on leaps and bounds with their modelling and painting skills.
