Thanks guys, The old Monogram and Hasegawa did the F-4 in a two pice fuselage right/left half and raided panel lines, later Hasegawa recessed the panels but still the same r/l fuselage. Claning seams was a real nightmare. Acadamy was the next major leap in the Phantom with their F-4B and they hadled it much the way I like with upper and lower fuselage half. There is a cut out for USAF boom refueling receptical or Nave not having one..

Then Z-M came out with their Phantom series and we've seen how they handled it.
Next came Tamiya and they handled it much the same as Z-M.

Any way I've been shooting white, to be specific, Vallejo Insignia white. in the gear wells and other interior areas.

Just got done shooting "Pledge" floor polish on all the white....

But Ralph, I do, I do have two work benches and a desk with a side table in here and I keep them all organized so that I always know that what I'm looking is in the room!
And that would include the broken off fuselage section? Hmm! Got to study your methods more closely, but that may end up in a divorce. On the other hand???

My wife is not allowed in there, oh no no no! I know that that part is the room. It will show up one day.
