A bit more proof. Sides of the pit fit nicely now. Added some piping on the floor, sidewalls next.
Every day now I feel a popping in my head,
it's just brain cells, nothing to worry about.
Meanwhile, I've been a bit busy. I've had to
replace the crooked seat supports. Used up
half a length of rod to get two bends alike!

So, like the 1/48th I think they assue we don't care if the cockpit fills with brass shell casings. But like the 48th I am opening and lining
the shell chute under the bugger. It was a miracle I was able to bend the exit piece from one piece of PE "spru". wish me luck for the other side.
