I decided to make the under canopy antennas that are seen in a few pictures of the Alaskan based F-82s. I could find very few clear pictured of them and the best of them are shown below. The right and left cockpit antenna were somewhat different from each other.

The first 3 pictures are of the left cockpit and the fourth one is of the right cockpit

The last pictures is what I managed to put together from some thin lead wire, a bit of plastic and some dabs of white glue. Not perfect, but close enough.

Put the canopies on last night. A bit more trouble than I thought it would be but came out ok. Still need to blend in the windscreens
