Good stuff Don. I once painted those suckers on a 1:72 Revell Me 262, with a fine tip brush, enamel paint, and a shiteload of patience. Actually turned out pretty good.

Cheers Don. Note colours were based on photographs from Kenneth A. Merrick's book 'German Aircraft Interiors 1939-45' and that not all instruments on the original subject had the Gelb (Yellow) and Rot (Red) surrounds.

Can't remember off hand which the book photos were based on, I suspect the Deutsches Technisches Museum example in Munich. Must check that out tomorrow.

Well I guess an update is in order.

Cockpit work.

I used t he Kits world Luftwaffe seatbelt set. I don't like them as much as I do Quinta but I like them better than any PE set I've seen, just my opinion

Circuit breaker panel

Wing lowers I was concerned about the attachment but it was well engendered it would seem. Tight fit and the under side is covered by the engines.

started the multi color painting of the engines, Revell supplied both engines but no open panels so if I don't need to (don't think I will) I'll just do the intake and exhaust.

So I'm hopping around a bit but moving on.
