GB-65 1/32 Me262 - No Propellers (1 Viewer)

nice start, Don...As friends Evan and Andy say, remember the aluminum for the gaps...
Regarding the paint, it seems that it is very thick, not very diluted, that is why the layer of paint is so thick, it could also be a question of the air pressure or even that the needle has too much travel, I usually do the paint dilution directly in the airbrush and I add 2 more drops of thinner than paint. I paint at very low pressure, I have never painted beyond 1.2 bar and with little needle travel, always thin layers...

Working on the instrument panel using airscale Luftwaffe instruments decals.

Got some, still haven't used them. They do look nice
But they can be a pain in the a$$

Got their 1:72 set, but like Geo, haven't used yet. Looking good so far Don.
72 would be so difficult for me. In my younger years not so much but now!!!!! 48th is hard, 32 is about right, 24 is a really sweet one to work with. Anything less the 32 would get a Quinta or Eduard (Red Fox etc…) do.

Know the feeling Don.

Ok so the template I am using is here. The ME 262 from the National Museum of the USAF Dayton Ohio.

Other layouts are from the web.

I use these with paint. Highly accurate and dirt cheap.
