A very nice finish. I think the colour looks reasonably accurate but can often appear darker due to "scale effect". Some modelers, me included, tend to lighten the tones slightly to account for the apparent darkness. The smaller the model, the more pronounced is the effect.
 
Hello gentleman...this was as far as I got. I definitely underestimated my taping of the leading and trailing edges. I primed with Mr Surfacer 500 ( all out of 1500), XF-10 on panel lines and Jon Kim's technique of white squiggles inside. I will definitely finish this thing, I must! Thanks for looking. Focused now on my JU-88.
