Hmm no expert but i think it might have to do with pressurised brakes. Like in trucks tanks perhaps. That would explain absense of the blue paint because that was inhaled by people.

It was picked up by fishing boat in Norway and the owner before me tought it was from JU-88.
I'm not sure about that, because this one is solid and you can't change angel.

Yes there are markings but extremely hard to see. Because of rust and 80 years in ocean.
I havent started the treatment for rust on this one yet.
