Personnel Capability Specialist at No. 100 Squadron, Leading Aircraftwoman Casey-Lee Rebellato in front of a Harvard aircraft at RAAF Base Point Cook. She is one of eight finalists for the 2023 R.M. Williams RAS Rural Achiever Award. The award celebrates the achievements of young men and women aged 20-29 years who are making significant contributions to rural and regional communities. Leading Aircraftwoman Rebellato has been acknowledged for her involvement with the Air Force and Agriculture, having initiated strong connections between RAAF Base Williams and the Newcastle Show. Additionally, Leading Aircraftwoman Rebellato volunteers as an equine instructor for RSL for Life's Spur Equine Program, teaching veterans with mental health illness how to ride and care for horses. As a 2023 R.M. Williams RAS Rural Achiever Award finalist, Leading Aircraftwoman Rebellato had the opportunity to expand her knowledge and network by participating in a series of leadership workshops and events at the Sydney Royal Easter Show with the other seven finalists.
