As it seems that twin engined are making the race, doe it mean convential 2-Mot or twin engine driven jets like Me 262 ?
WWII if it gottem two getty up and go, it is a gogo! Me262, Ar 234 (twin not the quad) . Don't matter if it's inline, radial, jet , rocket if it had to propulsion and was in WWII it be good.

All the builds at the bottom with WWII and All Eras are supposed to be a choice. The totals for both will be totaled and the winner will be the one selected. I can see that some of you are really interested in particular subjects. If you did vote for two please consider changing one to another subject. There is probably a way to squeeze what you had in mind into another build choice.

Twin Engine WWII, well I wasn't specific so if it flew in WWII and it had two "make it go thingies", you can build it.

How do you change a vote?

Nothing, everything ok. The two are so easy to distinguish. The beauties are Bf 109s and the brawny ones are Shrikes. I prefer the Fw 190.

btw only Fw 190s or Ta 152 , too.
Ditto to that. The Würger has always been my favorite Luftwaffe fighter. I've built squadrons of the Hasegawa of nearly every version, except the night fighters. I never could get them to work right and kept breaking those radar pieces on the fuselage.

I want to reiterate a few things about the way I planned to have the poll work. The categories Recon; Twin; Pacific: and Small Air Force have two choices. The vote would be the total of both choices, with the majority being the one we build. So far, the WWII is leading in all of these but I have seen some votes for both. The choice Fw 190 and Bf 109 are the same. The total vote of both determines it's popularity, but the one with the most votes is what we will build. At the moment the vote total would result with a tie for 8th place. I'm thinking that one of the tie would be an option. Thanks for the votes that came in overnight.

Thank you to everyone who had suggestions, comments, questions, and advice. It was an honor and privilege to help build the next eight Group Builds. It was fun and a bit nerve racking to learn and communicate my process. I hope that I was fair and clear as to what I was doing. I spent WAY more time than I usually do, looking at the "Next GB thread".

I looked back over all the GBs to total the types of builds in the past. The average was about 5 WW2, 2 that included WW2, and 1 the excluded WW2. And looking at the choice this time of WW2 or all, the WW2 was the unanimous choice; and of the 8 total, only 2 offer choices outside of WW2. (Home and Zombie/Fav)

At the last minute there was a suggestion to include choices down to 10 votes. I'm not going to put an extra year into the cycle or add 4 options to the top eight. Looking at those four, all of them could be done by carefully picking the right subject in the top eight.

The order of the GB is being sketched out as I write this. I hope everyone had as much fun doing this as I did. I have found this GB process to be the best modeling experience I have ever had. The depth of knowledge on subjects from members is amazing when we are all working on similar projects. The helpful advice and joshing both make the process fun. The pressure of a deadline (at least for me) gets those builds done. As I've said before, it's like having a model club meeting every evening. I also really hope to see some regulars over at "Recent Purchases" show up here.
