Bit late notice this, but this Thursday evening (28th Feb) we are welcoming author Clare Mulley to our Uckfield base to discuss her latest novel The Women Who Flew For Hitler. This dual biography of Melitta von Stauffenberg and Hanna Reitsch delves into these two very different women who were at the heart of the German flight test programme and found themselves of the opposite sides of history.
The evening will include Clare giving a talk and signing copies of her books. There will also be tea and coffee. Doors open at 18:15 with Clare taking the microphone at 19:00.
